Perfectly Paired was entrusted with the pivotal role of formulating the overarching hospitality operations strategy for the newly designed Wyndham City Stadium, serving as the home ground for the Western United Football Club under the umbrella of Western Melbourne Group.

Perfectly Paired is providing hospitality consultancy for Wyndham City Stadium, the future home of Western United Football Club (WUFC).

Our role is to develop a comprehensive venue operations strategy for the stadium and precinct, ensuring integration with the broader vision for the region. The strategy covers all operational areas, from general admission to premium sections, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Aligned with the goals of WMG and WUFC, our strategy aims to create a vibrant precinct that links elite sports, residential, and commercial spaces, fostering a dynamic lifestyle hub.

In addition, we continue to support WMG with hospitality consultancy, alongside venue sales and marketing strategies that elevate the stadium’s presence. Wyndham City Stadium is poised to become a central community hub, setting new benchmarks for professional sporting venues in Australia.

Operations Strategy

Defining aims, outcomes, vision, and concept; enhancing fan experience and expectations; and developing stadium operational models to support seamless venue functionality.

F&B Strategy

Crafting food and beverage plans that enhance the fan experience while aligning with the stadium's long-term goals.

Sales & Marketing

Creating sales and marketing plans for non-event day venue hire, as well as events such as conferences and community gatherings, to maximise revenue generation.

Procurement

Advising and supporting the procurement process to ensure that the best food and beverage partners are selected for the stadium’s various offerings.
