Perfectly Paired was entrusted with the pivotal role of formulating the overarching hospitality operations strategy for the newly designed Wyndham City Stadium, serving as the home ground for the Western United Football Club under the umbrella of Western Melbourne Group.

Our hospitality management consultancy services for this project involved delivering and outlining a comprehensive strategy document that covered:

  • Aims and outcomes

  • The vision and concept

  • Fan experience and expectations

  • Stadium operational models

This inclusive document addressed all patron and operational areas, spanning general admission, premium membership areas, corporate hospitality and guest services.

Leveraging our industry knowledge, extensive experience and commitment to thorough research, Perfectly Paired crafted an insightful strategy aligning with WUFC's overarching philosophy and goals. This detailed strategy, when implemented, is poised to enhance WUFC's standing as a regional leader, setting a new benchmark for future professional sporting clubs in Australia.

To meet the objectives of WMG and support the vision of WUFC, our strategy emphasised the necessity for the stadium to achieve a high level of integration. This involves seamlessly linking the elite sports precinct, residential precinct and commercial precinct to create an aspirational lifestyle suburb.

Our ongoing collaboration with WMG extends beyond this strategy, encompassing hospitality consulting services and venue sales and marketing strategy. Anticipated to open in 2026, Wyndham City Stadium, guided by the insightful hospitality expertise of Perfectly Paired, is poised to become a central hub in the community, elevating the entire neighbourhood and marking a celebratory milestone in 2026.
