Originally a farm dating back to the land grant to Magistrate William Howe in 1818, The Australian Botanic Garden has evolved into a premier destination. Drawing visitors for its magical views, family-friendly activities, and nature walks, it has solidified its standing as one of Australia’s foremost sites for experiencing native plants.

Perfectly Paired collaborated closely with the Royal Botanic Gardens Trust team in a pivotal role, overseeing the hospitality tender process for the license agreement of The Australian Botanic Garden, Mount Annan. The success of this endeavor hinged on crafting a procurement strategy aligned with the venue’s market and vision. The primary goal was to secure a top-tier catering partner capable of elevating the visitor experience at the Gardens. Integral to the procurement process was the inclusion of First Nations involvement in the catering contract, underscoring the project's commitment to cultural inclusivity.

Our hospitality tender management services for Australian Botanic Garden included:

  • Development of procurement strategy and tender documents (following NSW Government guidelines)

  • Invitation to caterers to tender and ongoing liaison

  • Hosting caterers walk-through and briefing sessions

  • Comprehensive assessment of tenders, reviewing all submissions

  • Attendance at presentations for the final three proponents

  • Recommendations on the catering contract, emphasising quality and alignment with the venue's unique vision

At Perfectly Paired, we blend our expertise in hospitality consulting with a commitment to the diverse cultural and environmental facets of each venue, ensuring a seamlessly managed process that aligns with your goals and delights your visitors.
