Beneath Melbourne’s iconic Spire sits Australia’s largest and busiest performing arts centre. Arts Centre Melbourne encompasses Hamer Hall, the Theatres Building and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, bringing audiences together across an extraordinary program of live performance and cultural experiences.
Perfectly Paired was engaged as specialist hospitality and catering consultants to advise Arts Centre Melbourne on its Catering Services Procurement Program. Working closely with ACM’s procurement team, we developed the tender strategy and managed a comprehensive two-stage Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Tender (RFT) process.
Our role combined specialist catering industry knowledge with procurement expertise across the approach to market, tender documentation, evaluation framework and catering market engagement. The process was undertaken in alignment with Victorian Government procurement guidelines and protocols.
