Bendigo Art Gallery is one of Australia’s oldest and largest regional art galleries, with a nationally recognised collection and exhibition program attracting audiences from Bendigo, across Victoria and beyond.
Perfectly Paired was engaged to provide specialist hospitality consultancy as part of Bendigo Art Gallery’s broader redevelopment planning, assessing the future hospitality direction for the Gallery. Our work considers the future operating model through a commercial, operational, governance and visitor experience lens, with a focus on developing an approach that is operationally achievable, commercially sustainable and appropriate to the Gallery environment.
The engagement includes stakeholder consultation, market and cultural venue benchmarking and commercial modelling to develop and assess future hospitality operating model options. Perfectly Paired is also reviewing the new café development plans, providing specialist hospitality recommendations on design, infrastructure and operational functionality to ensure the physical environment supports the future hospitality model.
