AUSTRALIAN BOTANIC GARDEN
Managed by the Royal Botanic Garden and Domain Trust, the Australian Botanic Garden, Mount Annan spans 416 hectares and showcases an extensive collection of Australian native plants. The Garden is also home to the Australian PlantBank and provides a significant destination for recreation, education, conservation and research.
Perfectly Paired was engaged to provide specialist catering consultancy and manage the end-to-end catering procurement process for the licence agreement at the Australian Botanic Garden. The procurement sought a catering partner aligned with the Garden’s objectives, with cultural inclusivity and First Nations involvement important considerations within the catering contract.
Working in collaboration with NSW Government Procurement, Perfectly Paired developed the tender strategy and Catering Services tender documentation, managed the market process and caterer engagement and supported the assessment of submissions, presentations and tastings through to final recommendations.
