Perfectly Paired Group is proud to be managing the Event Catering Services Request for Tender (RFT) on behalf of Footscray Community Arts (FCA).

For the first time in its 50-year history, FCA is seeking to appoint an exclusive event catering partner to support one of Australia's most recognised and community-connected arts and cultural organisations. This opportunity is focused exclusively on event catering services and does not include retail café operations.

Located on the banks of the Maribyrnong River in the heart of Melbourne's west, FCA is entering an exciting new phase of growth. Supported by an $8.7 million Victorian Government investment, the precinct will soon be home to the new Lango outdoor performance space, creating significant new opportunities for performances, festivals, activations and events.

Combined with the continued growth of Melbourne's west, the investment positions FCA to further strengthen its role as one of the region's leading cultural and event destinations.

This opportunity extends across a diverse range of event, performance and activation environments and presents the chance to become part of a growing cultural precinct renowned for creativity, culture and connection.

Importantly, FCA is not seeking a traditional catering provider.

The organisation is seeking a long-term partner that can contribute to venue activation, event growth, visitor experience and the continued evolution of the precinct through thoughtful, experience-led hospitality.

• Shortlisted Presentations: 21 & 22 July, 2026
